Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Milan, Italy, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are accessing the Platform from Canada or any other jurisdiction outside Italy, you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent that local laws are applicable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and BW ESS ITALY SRL regarding the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Platform.
